These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ofek & Amos Mobile Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Israel. By accessing or using our website, products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Description of Services

Ofek & Amos Mobile provides software development services including, but not limited to: mobile application development, AI solutions, SaaS platform development, cloud infrastructure, business automation, API development and UI/UX design.

We also develop and operate proprietary software products including KalAvod, an employment platform connecting businesses with workers. Separate terms of service apply to each individual product.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Our Content

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, product names and designs — is the exclusive property of Ofek & Amos Mobile Ltd. and is protected by Israeli copyright law (Copyright Act, 5768-2007), international copyright treaties and other applicable intellectual property laws.

KalAvod™ and the Ofek & Amos Mobile name and logo are trademarks of Ofek & Amos Mobile Ltd. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Permitted Use

You may access and view our website content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission
  • Modify or create derivative works from our content
  • Use our trademarks, logos or brand assets without authorisation
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without a licence agreement
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any of our software
  • Scrape or data-mine our website in any manner

Licence for Custom Work

Software, code or designs created for clients under a signed service agreement are governed by the intellectual property provisions of that specific contract. In the absence of explicit assignment, all IP remains with Ofek & Amos Mobile Ltd.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Not transmit malicious code, spam or harmful content
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ofek & Amos Mobile Ltd., its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ILS 500 if no payment was made.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ofek & Amos Mobile Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
